A Free Estimate
“A Psalm of David. LORD, who shall abide in thy tabernacle? who shall dwell in thy holy hill? He that walketh uprightly, and worketh righteousness, and speaketh the truth in his heart. He that backbiteth not with his tongue, nor doeth evil to his neighbour, nor taketh up a reproach against his neighbour. In whose eyes a vile person is contemned; but he honoureth them that fear the LORD. He that sweareth to his own hurt, and changeth not. He that putteth not out his money to usury, nor taketh reward against the innocent. He that doeth these things shall never be moved.” (Psalms 15:1-5)
Today’s Morsel: Have you ever gotten one of those letters in the mail telling you that you can receive a free estimate of certain repairs that you may need to your home, car, windows and door, or lawn? What if you could get a free estimate of where you stand with Christ? Would you be willing to call for an appointment if you could get one? Well, there are many people offering you just that. It’s called a ‘Search for Truth Bible Study’. When you are enlightened by the word of God, you will be able to see where you really stand with God. There is nothing hidden. You will be able to see exactly what repairs you need to have done in your life. You will be able to determine if you are saved or lost. You can determine if you are truly walking with God, or if you have been deceived. A Bible study costs you nothing. It should be one of those free estimates that you desire to have done immediately so that you can get your house in order before the storms of life start blowing your way.
Sing: There’s a storm out on the ocean, and it’s moving this away. If your soul's not, anchored in Jesus, you will surely drift away.
