2015 September 24 - Morning Manna

Wisdom crieth without; she uttereth her voice in the streets: She crieth in the chief place of concourse, in the openings of the gates: in the city she uttereth her words, saying, How long, ye simple ones, will ye love simplicity? and the scorners delight in their scorning, and fools hate knowledge? (Proverbs 1:20-22)

Today's Morsel:  If there has ever been a time that we need the Spirit of wisdom, it is today.  Not worldly wisdom, but Godly wisdom.  We all need to learn how to have discretion; tact, diplomacy, and good judgment in these last days. This technological age is causing more Christians to lose their walk and good name than we would care to hear.  "Have my people no knowledge," said the Lord.  If you've read my book, "If God Be For Us, Who Can Be Against Us?", then you know that Satan has instructed his demonic force to invent innumerable schemes to deceive you. Paul told Timothy that in the last days evil seducers would wax worse and worse, deceiving and being deceived (2 Timothy 3:13).  You have to have wisdom in these last days. Deception abounds!  So let me encourage you, read your Bible daily and become a doer of God's word and not a hearer only.  If you don't, you will be deceived.

Sing:  Hold to God's unchanging hand, hold to God's unchanging hand; build your hopes on things eternal, hold to God's unchanging hand.

Thought for Today:  Wisdom is the principle thing, therefore get wisdom and with all thy getting get an understanding (King Solomon).
