And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not. (Galatians 6:9)
Today's Morsel: Most failures in life occur because people quit too soon. Some folks make one mistake and they throw in the towel on their vision and dreams and walk away. All a mistake is is a miss-take. You just missed a step. If you ever watch horse jumping, most mistakes occur because the rider either causes the horse to jump too soon, or he pulls back on the reins while the horse is in his leap. But the rider does not quit because they make a mistake. They circle again and allow the horse to recover from the mistake because the rider knows that the horse has the capability to overcome the obstacle. Jesus knows that you have the capability to overcome your mistake, too. Scripture tells us not to grow weary in well doing. You can always recover if you don't quit.
Sing: Victory ahead, victory ahead, through the blood of Jesus, victory ahead; trusting in the Lord, I hear the conquer's tread, by faith I see the victory ahead.
Thought for today: Let us not be weary in well doing.
