Oh that I knew where I might find him! that I might come even to his seat! I would order my cause before him, and fill my mouth with arguments. I would know the words which he would answer me, and understand what he would say unto me. Will he plead against me with his great power? No; but he would put strength in me.

Today's Morsel: If you could sit down and talk with anyone you wanted to, who would it be? I have seen interviews with presidents and world leaders, and it's amazing some of the questions that people choose to ask. Out of all the questions that are asked of Jesus, none of them seem to be personal in nature. They asked Him about the end times. They asked him to teach them to pray. But none of it was personal. And so one day, Jesus told them, "Hitherto have ye asked nothing in my name: ask, and ye shall receive, that your joy may be full"(John 16:24). Jesus was saying, ask your questions now so you will get an answer and be happy.c Job said, "Oh that I knew where I might find him! that I might come even to his seat! I would order my cause before him, and fill my mouth with arguments. I would know the words which he would answer me, and understand what he would say unto me. Will he plead against me with his great power? No; but he would put strength in me." Job said,' I would ask him if I could find him, and know what he would say, and he would give me strength.' God isn't out to destroy you. He has your best interest at heart. So ask Him your questions and see if you don't gain strength in your inner man from the answers He gives.
Sing: Hear my cry Oh God, attend unto my prayer, from the ends of the earth will I cry unto Thee, and when my heart is overwhelmed, lead me to that Rock that is higher than I, so much higher than I.
