What Path Are You On
“Forsake the foolish, and live; and go in the way of understanding.”
(Proverbs 9:6)
Today’s Morsel: Where are you
heading? Do you know where you are going? Scripture said of Abraham: “For
he looked for a city which hath foundations, whose builder and maker is God.”
(Hebrews 11:10) What path are you on? All roads do not lead to Rome, nor do
all religions lead to heaven. The Lord said through the Prophet Jeremiah: “Thus
saith the LORD, stand ye in the ways, and see, and ask for the old paths, where
is the good way, and walk therein, and ye shall find rest for your souls. But
they said, we will not walk therein.” (Jeremiah 6:16) Ask for the old paths; the paths of righteousness and
holiness, which Enoch, Noah, Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, and others walked in, and
follow them; and follow the way of salvation by Christ, which is the
new way. “By a new and living way, which he hath consecrated for us, through
the veil, that is to say, his flesh; And having an high priest over the house
of God; Let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having
our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience, and our bodies washed with pure
water.”(Hebrews 10:20-22) Are you in the way?
Sing: There’s just one, one,
one, way to God, there’s just one, one, one, way to God, baptized in Jesus' Name.
The devil doesn't like it, there’s one way to God. The devil doesn't like it,
there’s one way to God, baptized in Jesus’ name.
Thought For Today: “Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is
none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.” (Acts
4:12)
Amen! Ty Jesus!
