Morning Manna by Rufus Parker - 28 March 2019

 Power

And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth. Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen.” (Matthew 28:18-20)

Today’s Morsel: If you were the most powerful person in the world, what would you do with your power?  Well, if you have been born-again of the water and the spirit, then you are one of the most powerful people in the world. Jesus answered and said unto him, If a man love me, he will keep my words: and my Father will love him, and we will come unto him, and make our abode with him.” (John 14:23) With Jesus in you, think of how powerful you are.  Because power belongs to God (Psalms 62:11), and you have been given this power. (Luke 10:19)  Now you can do all things through Christ Jesus.  You don’t have to be afraid or fear anyone. You have power.  So, use it for what Jesus gave it to you for.  Be a witness.

Sing: There is power, power, wonder working power in the blood of the Lamb. There is power, power, wonder working power in the precious blood of the Lamb.

Thought For Today: “But truly I am full of power by the spirit of the LORD, and of judgment, and of might, to declare unto Jacob his transgression, and to Israel his sin.” (Micah 3:8)
