“Even every one that is called by my name: for I have created him for my glory, I have formed him; yea, I have made him. Bring forth the blind people that have eyes, and the deaf that have ears. Let all the nations be gathered together, and let the people be assembled: who among them can declare this, and shew us former things? let them bring forth their witnesses, that they may be justified: or let them hear, and say, It is truth. Ye are my witnesses, saith the LORD, and my servant whom I have chosen: that ye may know and believe me, and understand that I am he: before me there was no God formed, neither shall there be after me. I, even I, am the LORD; and beside me there is no saviour.” (Isaiah 43:7-11)
Today’s Morsel: Are you really a true witness for Christ? John wrote, “That which was from the beginning, which we have heard, which we have seen with our eyes, which we have looked upon, and our hands have handled, of the Word of life; (For the life was manifested, and we have seen it, and bear witness, and shew unto you that eternal life, which was with the Father, and was manifested unto us;) That which we have seen and heard declare we unto you, that ye also may have fellowship with us: and truly our fellowship is with the Father, and with his Son Jesus Christ. And these things write we unto you, that your joy may be full” (1 John 1:1-4). If we are His witnesses shouldn't we Him? If we are His witnesses shouldn't we believe in Him? If we are His witnesses, shouldn't we testify of Him before others? If you know where the righteousness, goodness, truth, and salvation is, don’t hide it, tell it. To me, Christmas is the best time to be His witnesses by all those who say that they know Him. Let's go tell others about the Savior who they are celebrating this season.
Sing: I love my Savior, He loves me too; I’ll seek His favor in everything that I do.
